The experience we're looking for
- 3-5 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
- Experience within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, or Retail environment.
- Proven experience handling disciplinary matters and labour relations processes.
- Be able to represent the company at the CCMA-Conciliation and arbitration
- Exposure to manage trade union relationship
