- Maintain competency of Mining employees by means of theoretical and practical training and competency assessments.
SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY
- Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc.
- Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation and implement control measures for residual risk set objectives, minimum requirements, etc.
- Comply with SHEQ requirements SHEQ Toolbox
- Utilise the Integrated Management System IMS to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status
CUSTOMERS
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction as specified
BUSINESS PROCESSES
- Adhere to Chapter 2 Section 10 of MHSA
- Deliver training to employees
- Conduct assessments and moderation
- Assist during development of new course material
- Ensure that training facilities and equipment are maintained by conducting inspections and safety audits in area of responsibility
- Manage and control administration associated with area of responsibility
- Adhere to Chapter 2 Section 10 of MHSA
SHAREHOLDER
- Employee competency and legal compliance
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12/ N3
- ETDP Level 3
- Rock Breaking Level 3 Qualification or Blasting Certificate
- Assessor Certificate
- 3 Years' relevant experience
Additional qualifications
- Moderator Advantageous
- Underground TMM
