HR Consultant

Urgent position with Reputable company - West rand

Source and short-list appropriate applicants for vacancies as identified for department managers

Guide the applicant selection process

Work with compliance to ensure all documentation is processed timeously

Assist disciplinary and grievance enquiry participants to maintain fair procedures and substantiveness,grievance and dispute resolution time.

Analyse HR data (eg. exit interviews; disciplinary hearings) and present insightful and added-value reports

Assist employees to resolve personal issues

Add value to line management by assisting them with performance consulting

through individual job profiles, KPA''s, co-ordination and storage of data.

Ensure HR administration is accurate and kept up to date

Comply with payroll and compliance processing deadlines.

Strengthen the companys vision, mission and values through OD interventions

Co-ordinate EE committee activities and initiatives ensuring compliance with the companys EE plan and EE legislation

Be committed through your actions to build constructive employee relations and resolve disputes.

Essential pre- requisites

Matric (NQF 4)

HR Degree (NQF 7)

Great organisational skills

Proven customer service focus

Energy and drive to get the job done

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position.
