HR Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and HR-related documentation.
- Assist with internal employee communications and HR correspondence.
- Prepare general HR correspondence, including employment-related letters.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
General HR Support
- Provide administrative support across the HR function as required.
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and staff social events.
- Assist with staff gifting and employee engagement activities.
- Attend to meeting administration and minutes where required.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support for experienced hires.
- Assist with screening applications and coordinating interviews.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Ensure relevant documentation and records are completed and maintained accurately.
Graduate Recruitment & Training Support
- Assist with the administration and coordination of graduate recruitment and induction programmes.
- Support recruitment processes, including application screening and interview coordination.
- Assist with the coordination of career events, recruitment initiatives and related logistics.
- Maintain training records and assist with training schedules, attendance registers and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support for training and development initiatives.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- A relevant HR qualification or tertiary degree will be advantageous.
- 2–3 years' experience in an HR administration or related administrative role.
- Experience within a professional services environment will be advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with an HRIS or employee management system will be advantageous.
- Valid Drivers license & Own car (Advantageous)
