- Business Partnering and employee relations management to a number of franchised dealerships within the Western Cape. The role develops and directs implementation of plans, policies, and processes affecting employee relations within the assigned dealerships. The incumbent is accountable for advice and recommendations, as well as for the coordination and support of employee lifecycle and business effectiveness. Providing day to day guidance as well as operational and strategic talent support to management and employees of the dealerships allocated to your support services.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in managing all aspects of HR preferably in the motor industry.
- Tertiary qualification in HR/Labour law or Industrial Psychology
- Experience in Industrial/Employee Relations critical
- Proficient in Microsoft MS programs
- Working knowledge of VIP/SAGE Payroll

Duties and Responsibilities
- HR guidance/consulting and operational support across dealerships
- Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and disciplinary/grievance processes
- Ensure HR compliance, policies, and procedures are effectively implemented
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and training coordination
- Handle HR reporting, documentation, and data accuracy

- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and process-driven mindset
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous
