- Eatfresh, a division of Tsebo Solutions Group, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our operations across KwaZulu-Natal. Partnering closely with operational leaders, you will drive employee relations, talent management, performance, and workforce initiatives that support business success. We're looking for a hands on HR professional who can influence, challenge, and support leaders in a dynamic operational environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align people initiatives with operational and commercial objectives.
- Manage end to end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, and investigation processes.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Drive performance management and employee development programmes.
- Provide HR insights and reporting to support business decision making.
- Support Employment Equity, Skills Development, and legislative compliance requirements.
- Promote a positive, high performance culture across the business.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong employee relations and labour law knowledge, including disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, and CCMA processes.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong recruitment, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning capability.
- Commercially minded with the ability to align people initiatives to business objectives.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and HR data interpretation skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast paced, multi site environment.
- Resilient, adaptable, and solutions driven with a hands on approach.
- Strong coaching and leadership development capability.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
Qualifications
- National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' HR generalist experience across Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- Experience supporting multi site, operational environments such as catering, hospitality, food services, facilities management, retail, or other service driven industries.
- Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation, including the BCEA, LRA, SDA, and Employment Equity Act.
- Experience representing employers in disciplinary processes, grievance hearings, and CCMA matters will be advantageous.
