We are looking for an experienced, professional and self-motivated HR and Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. * The position requires excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of labour and tax legislation. Detail: WE REQUIRE: A qualification in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll administration. Good knowledge of South African labour legislation, payroll administration, PAYE, UIF, other employee ta x requirements and COIDA /Compensation Fund matters. WHAT WILL PUT YOU AT THE TOP OF THE LIST? PaySpace experience; Experience in a professional services firm; Strong administrative and organisational skills; The ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Client Payroll and Statutory Administration: Process and manage clients' payroll using PaySpace. Administer employee tax obligations, including EMP201 returns, EMP501 reconciliations and IRP5 certificates. Manage UIF and other statutory registrations, amendments and obligations. Handle COIDA and Compensation Fund matters for clients. Provide payroll advice and support to clients. Internal HR: Manage the complete HR function for internal staff. Draft employment contracts and administer and maintain employee records. Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures. Manage recruitment, onboarding and termination processes. Support management with staff-related matters. Handle disciplinary processes, grievances and other labour-relations matters. Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation.
