Administration
- Gather employee documentations to assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files (digital and/or physical)
- Input and update employee data on reports when required
- Assist with compiling HR reports, metrics and assist with audit preparations
- Minute taking and scheduling HR related meetings
- Travel applications and other similar requests upon management requirements
- Audit HR filing system & assist in updating files with required documentation
- Policy gap analysis and report
- Review and update of organisational structures and verify against payroll data
- Filing & archiving CCMA & Disciplinary records from the CRM system
- Analyse historic attrition and capture reasons for high staff turnover
- Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys
Events & Engagement
- Assist with organising company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities etc.
- Coordinate logistics such as venues, catering, materials, attendee lists etc
- Gather quotations and compile presentations for decision-making purposes on suppliers
- Provide support with internal communications related to HR initiatives
General & Ad Hoc HR Support
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Department
- Compile presentations as required
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Knowledgeable of HR legislation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Punctuality, reliability and regular attendance are essential for this role
- Code 8 license
