HR Administrator - SEF

Relevant Diploma (N6) from a recognised TVET College. Proficiency in English; any other official African language advantageous. Minimum of 3 years’ HR Generalist experience, with required exposure to NGO-related employment programmes. Experience in social employment programmes preferred. Solid knowledge of labour legislation (BCEA, EEA, SDA, SLA, OHSA, etc.). Personal Competencies Proficiency in MS Office and SAGE 300 People (Payroll), with advanced Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent planning, organising, and attention to detail. Problem-solving capability with sound interpersonal skills.
