Our client is a premium food and beverage manufacturer specializing in private label and own brands. An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join their team. The HR Administrator provides professional and efficient support across key HR and operational activities. The role ensures accurate employee/colleague administration, supports recruitment and onboarding, assists with payroll and attendance processes, responds to employee/colleague queries, and coordinates training and HR-related events.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Return-to-work process coordination
- Update colleagues shifts and schedules on NeTrec, in liaison with the Production Management Team and Premier Chargehands.
- Capture and maintain colleagues’ leave related documents on S-Cubed, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and maintain accurate time and attendance records on the relevant system.
- Recruitment, selection and induction of general workers.
- Collate and submit payroll-related information within the required deadlines.
- Serve as the first point of contact for factory employees, responding to HR-related queries and directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Liaise with production management and supervisory staff to support the effective administration of employee-related matters.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of training sessions and events, including arranging suitable venues and transport
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure that all HR records are handled in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Educational Requirements & Experience
- A relevant post matric qualification
- National Diploma in Human Resource
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- Experience in a factory/manufacturing (FMCG) environment would be preferred
