KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise the daily operations of the Housekeeping department - Assist with allocating duties and monitoring staff performance - Conduct room and public-area inspections - Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation - Monitor housekeeping stock, linen and amenities - Assist with training and guiding housekeeping staff - Report maintenance issues and follow up where required - Ensure guest rooms are prepared to the required standard - Assist with maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction - Support the Executive Housekeeper with daily operational requirements
PACKAGE: - Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 per month - Live-in accommodation - Meals provided
