Job Description

Our client based in Franschhoek is looking for a Housekeeper to join their team.

You will excel in this role if you are flexible and able to multitask working at a faster than average speed. Your high level of attention to detail with excellent organisational skills, and the ability to learn and adapt in the environment you work in will be essential.

Main Responsibilities: Upkeep and cleaning of hotel rooms and communal guest areas. Perform turndown and general housekeeping services to facilitate a seamless stay for hotel guests. Exceeding guests’ expectations, from arrival to departure in all areas of their stay. Ensuring that all guests’ special requests, requirements are communicated clearly and are met by all departments. Deliver exceptional service. Thinking out of the box to make guests’ stay exceptional. Adhere to and maintain Health and Safety standards.
