• General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, neat and well-organised home. • Assisting with basic household duties and daily errands where required. • Basic understanding of meal preparation, including preparing simple breakfasts, eggs, toast, sandwiches and making coffee/tea. • Caring for and attending to horses, including feeding, grooming and general stable duties. • Caring for the household's dogs and ensuring all animals are properly attended to. • Remaining on the property and caring for the home and animals when the employer is travelling. • Every second weekend will involve additional responsibility for the horses and animals. • Maintaining a high level of discretion, reliability and professionalism at all times. Requirements:
• Previous experience in a private household, housekeeping, butler or similar role. • Proven and practical experience handling and grooming horses is essential. • Comfortable working around multiple dogs and other animals. • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently. • Willing and able to live on the property and assist when the employer is away. • Valid South African work permit / legal working documentation required. • A valid driver's licence would be advantageous. Package:
- Salary: R6,000 – R10,000 per month, depending on experience.
