Manage inventory control and stock checking to ensure optimal stock levels
Coordinate deliveries and monitor supply chain activities
Forecast demand and assist in pricing strategies
Handle storage and assist with purchase orders and supplier management
Support the smooth operation of hotel store activities through effective planning
Requirements
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning or inventory management;
Matric;
Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous);
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
Good organisational and administrative skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Knowledge of hotel industry operations.
