The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, supporting the hotels operational excellence and guest experience.
Critical Criteria (Requirements)
- Trade qualification or degree in Engineering, Building, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience in managing construction, renovation, or maintenance projects in hotels or large facilities
- Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance or project management, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large commercial environments
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- South African citizen with a valid ID
