We are seeking a Hotel Financial Administrator to join a dynamic hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial background and hands-on experience within a hotel environment. Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Managing daily financial administration and reconciliations Processing accounts payable and receivable functions Assisting with month-end reporting and financial controls Monitoring cash flow, revenue, and expenditure Ensuring accurate financial records and compliance Liaising with operational departments to support financial performance Maintaining and utilizing AccPac accounting systems

What We're Looking For

South African Citizen Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum 3 years' financial administration experience within a hotel environment Solid working knowledge of AccPac - advantageous Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills
