- Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining exceptional service standards, overseeing guest-facing operations and ensuring every guest experience is seamless, memorable and personalised.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years' management experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel
- Recognised hospitality diploma or degree advantageous
- Exceptional guest relations, communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident leadership with the ability to manage teams, resolve conflict and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong administration, planning and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, outlets and guest services
- Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office
- Impeccable grooming, professionalism and service etiquette
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; an additional foreign language is advantageous
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
