- We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at our boutique hotels. This pivotal role ensures seamless guest experiences, efficient daily operations, and strong team leadership in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
- Lead and support staff to maintain service excellence and brand standards.
- Handle guest relations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
- Oversee shift planning, resource allocation, and departmental coordination.
- Support financial controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Act as the senior point of contact during assigned shifts.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in hotel duty management or supervisory hospitality roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional, guest‑focused, and adaptable under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office.
- Ability to manage with consistency and attention to detail.
