KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet and welcome arriving guests - Host meals and drinks around the boma or dining room - Engage with guests and ensure their comfort throughout their stay - Manage daily guest schedules and coordinate wake-up calls - Coordinate guest activities with Field Guides - Communicate guest movements and special dietary requirements to relevant departments - Assist with basic guest check-ins and check-outs - Assist with bar and curio stock control - Assist with general Front Office duties - Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, housekeeping and guiding teams - Maintain professional guest relations and exceptional service standards
PACKAGE: - Salary: Negotiable - Onsite single accommodation - 21 days on / 7 days off working cycle - Flexi Permanent LOCATION: Pilanesberg – North West
