Sedibeng TVET College-Vanderbijlpark Campus is looking for 4 Hospitality Trainees to be appointed to assist Lecturers with Hospitality related duties.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Hospitality N6 certificate
- NCV L4 certificate Hospitality
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
- High standards of hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage training of students in the kitchen during practicals.
- Stock control and inventory Equipment in the kitchen
- Responsible for cleanliness of the kitchens, boardroom, and Auditorium
- Reporting malfunctioning equipment in the kitchens
- Prepare ingredients for practical cooking sessions
- Assist lecturers during practical cooking sessions
- Prepare for functions
- Assist with purchasing of ingredients.
- And any other duty allocated.
