• Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field. • Recent graduate; previous lodge experience will be an advantage. • Knowledge of the OPERA system. • Valid driver's licence is non-negotiable , as the successful candidate will be required to travel between properties. • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required. Responsibilities:
• Assist with reception, check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries. • Manage bookings, reservations and general administration. • Assist the housekeeping department with ordering supplies and conducting monthly stocktakes. • Manage bar stock and liaise directly with wine merchants. • Assist with staff rosters. • Track special rates, guest headcounts, welcome letters, auction vouchers, staff accounts and claim forms. • Conduct room checks to ensure rooms meet the required standards. • Prepare menus and coordinate breakfast and dinner setups across different venues. • Assist with housekeeping and ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and presentable. • Assist with bar service and stock control. • Capture reservations and guest information on the OPERA system. • Provide general operational support across the lodge.
