The position offers exposure to guest services, housekeeping, operations, stock control, event coordination, and team support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term growth within the hospitality industry. turn1search1 Hospitality Assistant - Key Responsibilities • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the boutique hotel. • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain positive guest relationships. • Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and special requests. • Coordinate guest experiences and ensure high service standards. • Support staff coordination and operational activities. • Assist with housekeeping supervision and quality control. • Help manage stock levels and inventory control. • Assist with the organization and coordination of events and special functions. • Provide support within food and beverage operations when required. • Ensure the property is maintained to excellent hospitality standards. • Work across various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Hospitality Assistant - Requirements • Previous hospitality experience is essential. • Experience in guest relations and customer service. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Professional appearance and confident manner. • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. • Ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Valid driver's licence essential. • Own transport essential.
