A well-established private hospital is looking for a dynamic and strategic Hospital Manager to lead clinical operations, drive performance, and support sustainable growth. If you are a senior healthcare professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering quality patient care, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement hospital strategies aligned with broader organisational goals
Oversee day-to-day clinical services, operational performance, and facility management
Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
Identify and source new specialist doctors to enhance service offerings
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost management
Drive HR transformation, promote inclusivity, and support staff development
Ensure compliance with healthcare legislation, clinical governance, and policies
Minimum Requirements
8 to 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector
At least 5 years of senior management experience in a hospital environment
Degree or diploma (NQF Level 7 or higher) in Business or Health Services Management
Postgraduate qualification or MBA (advantageous)
Strong background in clinical governance, financial management, and facilities management
Proven leadership in a complex healthcare setting
