Teach core subjects through hands on, play-based and experiential learning. Foster independence, confidence, creativity and critical thinking. Incorporate learning into everyday activities, including cooking, gardening, nature exploration and practical life skills. Create a balanced routine that includes academics, outdoor learning, creativity and free play. Adapt lessons to each child's individual needs, interests and learning style. Support literacy, numeracy, language development and school readiness. Encourage emotional, social and behavioural development through positive guidance. Prepare engaging learning materials and maintain a stimulating learning environment. Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to the parents. Supervise educational outings and ensure the children's safety and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with the parents to support the children's educational and developmental goals. Requirements: Qualified Montessori qualification or Teaching Degree in Foundation Phase Teaching. Warm, patient, creative and energetic.
