To supports multiple restaurant brands operating through a centralised delivery HUB ensuring efficient last-mile delivery operations and excellent customer service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily delivery operations across multiple restaurants.
- Support restaurants, delivery drivers, and hub operations
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational & delivery issues.
- Track and report on delivery metrics in accordance with brand KPI’s.
- Assist with administration and planning.
- Ensure compliance with operational and health & safety standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Formal Education
- Minimun Higher Diploma or National Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Matric mandatory
Experience
- Graduate
Advantageous
- Valid motorcycle/bike licence.
- Previous hospitality, customer service, delivery, Call Centre or logistics experience.
In Summary, our selection criteria are
- South African citizen
- Between the ages of 18 and 28
- Individual that has never been on a YES programme before
- Our intern programme take place over the course of 12 months
- Clear criminal record
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
- Not studying full-time during the programme period
