Desired experience

- Good understanding of food preparation and portion control
- Experience in cooking department of retail store
- Fluently in Afrikaans and English
- Kitchen Manager experience
- People management experience
Duties and responsibilities will include
- Managing and supervising takeaway staff 12
- Stock ordering and control
- Overseeing food preparation and quality
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Managing customer service and orders
- Controlling wastage and food costs
- Monitoring sales and ensuring efficient daily operations
