Malalane Toyota is seeking a dynamic, target‑driven HINO Sales Executive to join our commercial vehicle sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with strong product knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building long‑term customer relationships within the trucking and fleet sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
Commercial vehicle sales — Drive sales of HINO trucks to new and existing clients across the region.
Client relationship management — Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, logistics companies, and business clients.
Prospecting & lead generation — Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads.
Product demonstrations — Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product walk‑arounds.
Sales administration — Prepare quotations, manage deal files, and ensure compliance with dealership processes.
Market intelligence — Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs.
After‑sales coordination — Ensure seamless handovers and maintain customer satisfaction post‑delivery.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Proven track record in HINO , commercial truck , or fleet sales .
Strong understanding of heavy‑duty vehicle specifications , applications, and industry trends.
Valid Code C driver’s licence (Code EC advantageous).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
Professional, customer‑centric approach with high ethical standards.
