Premium, African-inspired luxury lifestyle and fashion brand, is looking to employ a high-energy, driven and accountable Store Manager at a top mall in Port Elizabeth. Must be willing to work retail hours. Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include
- Coordinate store operations whilst ensuring productivity and efficiency
- Monitoring inventory to ensure items are in stock
- Implement strategies to meet sales and performance targets
- Manage and motivate team members to promote a positive working environment
Requirements
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Min of 2 years in Management – sales experience is vital
- Integrity, maturity and intelligence
- A do whatever it takes, action orientated individual that leads by example
- Systemic thinking and process driven
