Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the national Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
Lead and inspire the Visual Merchandising team, driving creativity, innovation and high performance.
Create and execute seasonal campaigns, window displays and in-store merchandising concepts across all showrooms.
Ensure consistent brand presentation and visual standards across the retail network.
Partner with Buying, Planning, Marketing, Retail Operations and Store Design teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
Analyse sales and customer insights to optimise product placement and merchandising effectiveness.
Manage Visual Merchandising budgets, projects, suppliers and national roll-outs.
Conduct store visits and audits to maintain standards and support retail teams.
Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate.
Relevant diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design, Retail Management or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years' visual merchandising experience within a multi-store retail environment.
At least 5 years' experience leading and developing visual merchandising teams.
Experience developing and implementing national merchandising strategies and seasonal campaigns.
Premium retail brand experience is essential.
Experience within the décor, homeware, furniture or lifestyle industry will be advantageous.
Strong commercial, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for décor, design and emerging retail trends.
