A demonstrated track record of owning and growing the numbers – not solely operational or campaign KPIs A track record of managing a sales operation of similar scale. Background in telesales, financial services or insurance is preferable, given the regulatory environment and nature of the business A deep, practical understanding of call centre processes, procedures and reporting methods Highly numerate, analytical and commercially driven.
