Head of Risk

What Youll Own

• Design and embed a robust risk management framework across the business • Lead the quantification and modelling of risk across credit, market, operational, and strategic domains • Translate complex risk data into insights that drive executive decision-making • Oversee regulatory compliance, stress testing, risk appetite setting, and scenario analysis • Collaborate with actuaries, analysts, and executives to ensure alignment of risk and business goals • Build and mentor a high-performing risk team thats both technically capable and commercially aware What You Bring:

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field • 8+ years in enterprise or financial risk, with deep technical expertise • Experience with risk modelling, scenario planning, or capital adequacy frameworks • Executive presence and proven ability to engage at board level • Bonus: Professional certifications like FRM, CRO, CERA, or similar Why Youll Want This Role:
