Detail: Requirements: Engineering NQF Level 6. Business or Project Management qualification NQF Level 6 advantageous. 10+ years' experience in product-led, solutions, or technical sales leadership. Proven experience managing Product Specialists or Sales Managers. Strong strategic and consultative selling skills; MH methodology advantageous. Strong CRM proficiency and commercial negotiation skills. Excellent presentation, customer engagement, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to translate technical products and solutions into customer value. Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
