- Engineering NQF Level 6.
- Business or Project Management qualification NQF Level 6 advantageous.
- 10+ years' experience in product-led, solutions, or technical sales leadership.
- Proven experience managing Product Specialists or Sales Managers.
- Strong strategic and consultative selling skills; MH methodology advantageous.
- Strong CRM proficiency and commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation, customer engagement, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate technical products and solutions into customer value.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
