• Bachelors Degree in Management science/ Business administration/ Commerce. • Post graduate qualification in Management science, Business administration or Commerce. • Qualification in Human Resources will be an added advantage. • Post graduate qualification in Business Management will be an added advantage Experience:
• At least 10-12 years relevant experience of which 5 (five) years must have been at a senior management level. • Significant and proven experience leading multi-function, multi-locational transformation programmes, with high complexity. • Strategic consulting skills coupled with significant experience developing and implementing transformational business strategies.
