• You will have completed a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or a related field. • You must be able to work independently, driving strategic and operational initiatives across multiple sites and projects • You will be responsible for leading operational performance, resource planning, budgeting, project execution, risk management, customer engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. • You will have solid working knowledge and expertise in operational management, commercial project delivery, contract management, workforce leadership, financial oversight and stakeholder engagement. • Strong understanding of construction and infrastructure projects, SHEQ compliance, labour relations, procurement processes, asset utilisation and operational best practices. You will have a proven track record in senior operations leadership, business growth, team development and achieving profitability targets within a project-driven environment.
