Head of Marketing

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years' experience in B2B marketing, including senior leadership roles. • Experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing. • Proven success in building and leading marketing functions. • Experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing. • Strong track record of managing agencies, budgets, and marketing ROI. • Experience working closely with sales and executive leadership. • Financial services, fintech, or SME sector experience is advantageous. Â EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field. • Postgraduate qualification (Honours or MBA) and relevant digital marketing certifications are advantageous. REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strategic brand management and positioning. • Digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, content, and marketing automation. • Data analytics, campaign performance measurement, and ROI reporting. • Budget and agency management. • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to build and scale marketing capabilities in a high-growth environment.
