Build the network. Drive the revenue. Own the growth. Our client is looking for a commercially driven Head of Franchising to lead and grow an established franchise portfolio. This is a hands-on, sales-led leadership role for someone who thrives on targets, people, partnerships and growth.
Key responsibilities
• Own the franchising portfolio and R12m annual revenue target • Lead Franchise Sales, Franchise Operations and Marketing • Own the full sales pipeline from lead generation to signed agreements • Drive new franchise/partner acquisition and territory growth • Personally engage with and close key opportunities • Oversee partner onboarding, launches and ongoing performance • Drive Business-in-a-Box sales and the LSEN initiative • Set and manage commercial, sales and operational KPIs • Build a high-performance, accountable team What we're looking for:
• 58 years' senior sales and/or operations leadership experience • Strong franchising, licensing, multi-site or multi-partner experience • Proven track record of delivering significant sales/revenue targets • Experience leading sales teams; operations experience advantageous • Strong commercial and financial acumen • A hands-on leader who is comfortable selling and closing • Relevant tertiary qualification Location: Pretoria Employment: Full-time, permanent
