We're partnering with a growing logistics business that's building out its finance capability without losing its entrepreneurial edge — and looking for a Head of FP&A to drive this next stage. This is a hands-on role with real visibility and influence . You'll work closely with Exco and the wider business, get close to the operation, and turn financial and operational data into insight that shapes decisions. Detail: We're looking for someone with: A degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar relevant field. (CA(SA) is highly advantageous) Strong FP&A, commercial finance or consulting experience, with solid financial modelling capability The confidence to get into the detail and understand how the operation really works A commercial mindset and the ability to turn analysis into action A builder's mentality — someone who enjoys creating and improving rather than simply maintaining an established function Logistics experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
