Minimum Requirements
- Appropriate PhD/Doctoral Degree in Construction Management/Building/Quantity Surveying.
- Have served as a Senior Lecturer for at least five years at a university level.
- At least three years of administration work at a departmental level.
- A proven track record in research minimum of 5 articles published in DHETaccredited journals.
- Membership of relevant academic/professional bodies/associations.
