We are looking for a hands-on Head of Call Center to lead our Cape Town sales team and take ownership of daily sales performance, team management and call center operations.
You will work closely with local management and report to our international Head Office in English. Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of sales operators.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor approve rate, buyout rate, average bill and conversion.
Recruit, onboard and train new operators.
Manage schedules, performance and team discipline.
Listen to calls and maintain high sales and customer service standards.
Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting.
Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions.
Report results and operational updates to Head Office.
Ensure company processes, sales scripts and standards are followed.
Requirements
1–2+ years of personal phone sales experience with a proven sales track record.
Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or similar management experience, preferably with a team of 5+.
Strong sales and people-management skills.
Comfortable working with KPIs, CRM systems and sales reports.
Good working English for communication with international Head Office.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Must have the legal right to work in South Africa.
Must be available to work full-time on-site in Pinelands, Cape Town.
Advantageous: Call center, telemarketing, e-commerce/COD, CRM or international company experience. What We Offer
