Candidate Profile

• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Brand or Retail Marketing role with leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• A commercially minded leader with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and retail marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and commercial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers while managing marketing campaigns and promotional calendars across multiple brands
• Manage marketing budgets, analyse campaign performance, and present insights through detailed reporting
• Lead brand communications, influencer partnerships, and integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms
• Provide leadership to the marketing function while fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing objectives
