Exceptional opportunity exists for a senior contact centre leader to establish and lead a centralised inbound operation from the ground up. Seeking proven experience in omnichannel environments, skills-based routing, workforce planning, capacity modelling, IVR/ACD design and large-scale operational transformation. Exposure to AI-enabled customer journeys will be advantageous. Degree and 8+ years' experience within contact centres, collections or financial services environments are essential.
