Working within one of South Africa's premier Big 5 destinations, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing guiding standards, vehicle and equipment care, guide training programmes, and guest satisfaction. The position requires a strong understanding of wildlife ecology, conservation, safety procedures, and luxury hospitality standards. The ability to inspire and motivate a team while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail is essential.
