Minimum Requirements Minimum Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) Undergraduate qualification at NQF 7 as recognized by SAQA in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Industrial Psychology, Public Administration, Business Management qualification. Certificate in Patterson Job Grading system / or related Job Grading system. Minimum Experience 4 years’ experience at supervisory level within the Organisational Design / Change Management or related environment. Knowledge Job evaluation processes. Organisational design and development principles. Change management and transformation practices. Organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives. Business process mapping principles. Records management and administrative processes. Understanding of HR policies and procedures. Stakeholder engagement principles. Basic risk and compliance management. Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 Border Management Authority Act, 2 of 2020 Basic Condition of Employment Act, No.75 of 1997 Employment Equity Act,1998. Organisational Design Principles Job Evaluation process Work Study techniques Human Resource Management Organisational Development Job Evaluation Administration Change Management Support Organisational Design Administration Business Process Administration. Project Management HR Practices and procedures Other requirements Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet demands of the role. May be required to work overtime.
