Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 and any other qualification will be an advantage preferably Finance or Management
- Hardware or technical sector experience
- 5 - 10 years experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in the hardware sector
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Stable working history
Experience with
- Developing and executing strategic plans for the branch's growth and sustainability
- Exploring opportunities for expansion or diversification
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community
- Participating in community events and support local initiatives
- Analysing sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implement strategies to enhance store performance
- Implementing effective inventory control measures to reduce losses due to theft or damage
- Conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile with sales records
- Preparing and manage the store's budget
- Monitoring expenses, track income and seek cost-effective solutions
- Handling cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Recruiting, training and supervising store employees
- Developing work schedules and assign tasks
- Promoting a positive and productive work environment
