Start free — we apply for you →We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman to assist with the general upkeep and maintenance of a residential building with a small number of retail shops.
The successful candidate will report to the Building Manager , who will allocate and oversee the maintenance tasks.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a general handyman/maintenance role • Good painting experience is essential • General maintenance and repair skills • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge would be an advantage • Reliable, hardworking and hands-on • Neat and presentable • Good communication skills • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard • Ability to work independently once tasks have been assigned • Must take pride in the appearance and upkeep of the building
