We are looking for a reliable and practical Handyman to join the team and take responsibility for general maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of rental properties.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their workmanship and is comfortable dealing with different maintenance requirements from one site to the next. You will be based in Centurion and travel to various sites as required, using a company vehicle with petrol provided for work related travel.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs at rental properties
- Perform basic and preventative electrical, plumbing, and general handyman repairs
- Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a good standard
- Travel to different rental properties and sites as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman or similar role
- Practical knowledge of general maintenance tasks
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work
- A relevant trade qualification would be highly advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks
