- Ensure the correct and timeous issuing and receiving of all stock ordered
- Ensure that parts, material, and equipment are always stored in a safe place
- Ensure the accurate issuing of stock
- Ensure verification that the correct quantity and quality of goods are issued to the right people
- Ensure verification of the correct quantity, price, specifications, and quality of goods against SAP purchase order when receiving stock
- Packing/auditing of stock according to bin location
- Liaise and communicate with suppliers and end users in order to ensure proper stock and document control
