Job Title: Half Day SHEQ Administrator (07:30 – 12:30 OR 07:00 – 12:00) Start Date: 2026-08-12 - 2026-09-11 Vacancy Type: Permanent BOK005940 Sectors: Quality Control, Health and Safety Location: Gauteng , Kempton Park Salary: 20 000 plus benefits - R 22 000 Monthly Cost To Company Brief: Half Day SHEQ Administrator (07:30 – 12:30 OR 07:00 – 12:00) Detail: Qualification Matric / Senior Certificate Certificate in Health and Safety, SHEQ Quality Management ISO9001 Requirements Minimum of 2 years administrative experience Basic understanding of SHEQ policies, procedures and compliance requirements Microsoft Office Packages High attention to detail Neat and punctual Duties Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Group's SHEQ and Quality Management Systems. Assist with internal and external audits, inspections and follow-up actions. Maintain and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and non-conformances (NCRs). Maintain controlled SHEQ documentation, SOPs, records and registers. Assist with ISO 9001 compliance and certification requirements. Conduct and assist with quality and supplier audits. Ensure compliance with company Quality, Health & Safety policies and procedures. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project safety files. Maintain SHEQ records and monitor Health & Safety training requirements. Assist management and employees with SHEQ-related queries and compliance matters.
