GymClinic is looking for an energetic, target-driven Gym Sales Consultant to grow our membership base by turning enquiries into loyal members and delivering a great first impression of our gym and clinic.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to walk-in, phone, email and social media enquiries and convert them into memberships.
- Conduct facility tours and explain membership options, packages and clinic services.
- Meet monthly sales targets for new memberships and renewals.
- Follow up leads and lapsed members, and record all activity on the sales tracker or CRM.
- Complete sign-ups, contracts and debit order forms accurately.
- Welcome and onboard new members, and refer them to our trainers and clinic services.
- Support promotions, open days and local marketing activities.
- Provide weekly sales reports to the Operations Manager.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Grade 12); a sales or marketing qualification is advantageous.
- 1–2 years' proven sales experience; gym, fitness or wellness industry experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and people skills.
- Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Neat, professional and confident, with a genuine interest in health and fitness.
- Proficient in MS Office and social media; CRM or membership software experience is advantageous.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
